The Miracle Morning: 6 Life S.A.V.E.R.S

The Miracle Morning is simply waking up an hour earlier and devoting that time to personal development. There are six Life S.A.V.E.R.S. practises in particular that can help you transform your inner world, and thus your external circumstances. This method is suitable for everyone, regardless of schedule or whether you are a "morning person." You can devote 10 minutes to each component or tailor the routine to your lifestyle and goals.

  •  Silence:
Begin your morning with purposeful silence: centre yourself and set the tone for the rest of your day. Silencing your mind has numerous health and performance benefits, ranging from stress reduction to improved concentration and metabolism. It also helps to increase self-awareness and clarity. Instead of feeling rushed, stressed, or lethargic, you'll feel calm, peaceful, and rejuvenated. Elrod's practise includes several components, including meditation, prayer, reflection, deep breathing, and gratitude. You are free to mix and match them as you see fit.
• There are two kinds of meditations: guided meditations (where you listen to someone else's instructions to direct your thoughts and focus) and self-meditations (where you do it alone without assistance).

  • Affirmations:

Control your self-talk or subconscious programming to improve your performance, attitude, and outcomes.

  • Visualizations:

Up until you can achieve those outcomes in reality, mentally practice your triumphs.

  • Exercise

Your energy levels, health, and focus are all improved as a result.

  • Reading.

Learn from others who have already attained the goals you have.

  • Scribing.

Create the habit of routinely reviewing the ideas, insights, accomplishments, breakthroughs, and possibilities in your record.

The Miracle Morning has successfully helped many people alter their lives, and this book is full of their amazing tales and testimonies. In order to allay your worries and assist you in getting started, Hal Elrod also offers words of encouragement. After finishing the book, you develop self-motivation and discover how to succeed in life.
